迷即你,
Delusion is who you are.
觉是我,
Awakening is what “I AM”.
迷幻消散,
When illusory imagination vanishes,
觉性本空,
The naked awareness is ultimate void.
空中无色,
The great void transcends all forms and no-forms.
即是圆照;
That is illumination in perfection.
因妄想彰显出你与世界,
The sense of “I” and the world as such arise from the egoic delusion.
自我即是灵魂之镣铐,
Chains of ego fetter the soul.
你阻隔了我的纯然,妄想塑造我的恐惧成为你,
The “I-thought” of you obstructs the simplicity of me.
Mistaken perception of me breeds the fear into your being.
你在我的梦境中流浪生死,
You are an idle dreamer lost in life and death in my dream.
当你彻底抛弃所有自我获得,
When you permanently abandon all egoic attainment,
从觉知体验中苏醒了心灵,
You are to awaken the true nature of your mind from sensory and intellectual experience,
从意识思维中解脱了觉性,
And return to the pure awareness free from the mental movement of your mind.
见无所见,觉无所觉,
Perceiving without a center of perception.
Awakening without a state of awakenedness.
生灭寂灭,你就是我,
When all dualities of rising and ceasing come to an end fully, you are none but “I AM”.
而我却从未来去,
Yet, “I AM” never comes nor goes.
空性无可证得,
The voidness (sunyata) can be not acquired.
见性无挂即是空;
Non-attachment of the witness is void by itself.
觉性不可攀缘,
Intrinsic awareness can be not grasped from the outside,
妄念熄灭即是觉。
Extinction of all delusions reveals the naked awareness.
心无所得,心不可得,
The reality of mind is non-attainable.
The reality of mind is unapproachable.
远离颠倒梦想,
Free from inverted perception and deluded thoughts,
是你原始的样子,
Ever there is your original being,
那是我最初的倒影。
- My initial reflection.
修行道路在心地,
The path of return resides in the heart.
仔细甄别心性真伪,
Look into your own mind and investigate carefully,
破除我执傲慢,
Cut off all attachments and pride.
清净身心贪欲,
Purify your mind-and-body of all desires and craving,
你的成就,即展现我的清醒,
Then only the awakening of me in yourself is your true achievement.
那无染无挂,纯然无有造作的本初,
That unblemished and unbound,
That from the utmost pure and natural,
那就是我拥抱你,你融于我,
Is your return to me and “I AM” embracing you.
始觉拥抱原始本觉,
The awakening mind embraces the primordial awakenedness.
我与你一体,从未分离。
“I AM” always with you, never apart.
犹如雨滴回归大海,
As the return of raindrops to the sea itself,
大海融化于虚空,
And the sea vanishes in the void,
空融于无,无融于寂灭,
The void merges into the nothingness,
Nothingness erases itself.
当一念清净,我与你消散于当下,
When the instant of thought you see into your own nature,
Both you and “I AM” dissolve into the ever-expanding Now.
世界原本是一场梦境,
The world is no better than a dream without concrete reality.
梦境苏醒,
Once awakening,
却实无做梦之人,
Who would there be to dream the dream.
不可说,是世界的本源,
Inexpressible is where the world emerges.
世界倒影着不可说,
The entire world is the reflection of the inexpressible.
依倒影所现众生与世界,
It is through the reflection that all sentient beings take the shape, so the world.
实相却在身心深处,远离思虑言说,
Yet, the essence of your body-mind is but the real,
Unbound by entanglement in discursive thoughts and elaboration.
当身心世界尽皆融化于心,
When within and without the body-mind and the world melt down into your heart.
心只是一念,
The heart is all but an instant of thought,
那就是幻境升起之处,
From where illusionary phenomena take place.
诸法停息之时,
When the manifold phenomena (Dharma) of the external world withdraw,
宇宙众生皆是你,
The whole universe and sentient beings are all you.
生命却没有你的痕迹,
Yet, you leave no trace in all beings.
你就是我,性自真如,
You are nothing but me, total awareness of oneself.
寂静涅槃,
Nirvana in silence!
我与你,只因这一念幻现。
The duality of you and me arises just from an instant of delusion.
世界非世界,
The world is not the world as it is.
因众生辨认我,迷失自性而幻现世界;
It (the world) is the creative play of the delusory mind outward turned into self-identification.
众生非众生,
Sentient beings are not sentient beings as they are.
因妄起空华,幻现梦影而心;
They are the minds losing themselves in the dreams, like phantoms of sky-flowers,
心对梦影的攀缘,所现我的错觉,
The mind clinging to the dream-show appearance is the delusion of “I AM”.
错觉即众生,
Delusion is the mind of sentient beings.
无明乃世界,
Ignorance is the cyclic existence of the world.
我随因缘轮转,
“I AM” moves along with the ever-recurring wheel of causes and conditions,
于身心世界中无挂,
And transcends all mental images and worldly affairs.
无来无去是名当下。
No coming nor going,
Now arrives at the timeless.
过去与未来, 众生与诸佛,
Past and future,
Sentient beings versus Buddhas,
皆名当下,
Are all in the eternal present.
而当下只是一念分别,
Yet, the present is but one instant of distinction.
世界于一念呈现,随一念清净,世界清净;
The world sprouts into being out of one instant (of distinction).
When the instant is clear, so is the world as a whole.
随一念寂灭,那无始劫梦境苏醒,
When the instant is extinguished, the beginningless dream of endless kalpas awakens itself.
轮回与涅槃,皆是圆满,
Samsara and nirvana are ultimately of great perfection.
烦恼与觉醒,平等无二,
Afflictions and enlightenment are equal and non-dual in essence.
众生界即佛界,
The Realm of Buddha is nowhere but the worlds of all beings,
众生心即佛心,
The mind of sentient beings is one with the mind of Buddhas.
过去与未来,即是当下,
The past and the future are absolute Now.
而离于言说的当下, 性寂如来。
Yet, the inexpressible Now, silent in nature, is in itself Buddhahood.

身幻即菩提,
The illusory body is but Bodhi itself
空镜心无生。
The clear mirror of the mind is void and unborn
无挂何曾拭,
Ever Pure and untainted, what to clean
亦尘亦如来 。
Buddha nature dwells in a mote of dust
生生无所生,
Birth after birth yet none born in reality
灭灭性无得。
Destruction after destruction yet nothing destructed in nature
身幻心无挂,
Illusion is the body-form and unattached is the mind-essence
生死性如来。
The nature of life and death is Buddha Himself
